Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Monday. The greatest threats will be damaging winds across East Central and Northern Kentucky with the greatest threat for almost severe weather to the west highlighted in the Enhanced Risk area. Additional strong severe thunderstorms are possible across Western and South Central Kentucky on Tuesday. The predominant storm mode is likely to be a cluster of strong to severe thunderstorms across Kentucky, though isolated tornadoes are possible closer to the Enhanced Risk Area.

Strong to Severe Thunderstorm this Afternoon
The storm prediction center has issued a Slight Risk for strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. There is a 2% tornado threat across portions of Southeastern Indiana, Northern Kentucky, and Southeatern Ohio. Damaging, winds and isolated hail are also a threat as rounds of clusters of showers and thunderstorms move through the area.
